At Shibumi Firenze, we strive for perfection in every handcrafted piece; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that all products remain in their original, unworn condition with all artisanal packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client service team via email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Shibumi Firenze gift box and secure them within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans in Florence verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
